Born and raised in northwest Guilford County, Sarah is happy to call the Triad home. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, majoring in political science and history with a minor in English and a dream of going to law school. The following year, she began as a double tar heel at UNC School of Law, where she earned the Top Client Counseling Award and competed on the Holderness Moot Court Client Counseling Team.
Sarah quickly developed an interest in real estate by her second year of law school and completed a summer internship at Moss Woods, where hands-on title experience strengthened that interest. After graduation, Sarah joined a small residential real estate law firm in Morrisville and later joined Moss Woods in March of 2021.
Throughout her time working in real estate law, Sarah has gained valuable experience in both residential and commercial real estate through closings, title work, and document preparation. With the help of the firm’s seasoned staff, Sarah strives to ensure that each closing is handled smoothly and efficiently by clearly communicating with clients, real estate agents, and lenders and answering any questions that arise. She believes that getting a buyer to the closing a table with no surprises and a home they love is the most rewarding part of her job.
Sarah and her husband, Kyle, live in Greensboro with their two cats, Chloe and Harvey. She enjoys traveling, watching Carolina basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
